Nike Air Huarache LE Praline Umber DH8143-201
The Nike Air Huarache celebrated its 30th anniversary throughout 2021, although the occasion was undoubtedly overshadowed by high-profile collaborations and new designs under the aegis of NIKE, Inc. Nonetheless, die-hard fans of Tinker Hatfield’s iconic creation will surely be happy to hear that the sneaker is about to return in a âPraline / Umber / Vine / Blackâ colourway for the first time since 1992.
Released as a Foot Locker exclusive alongside the “Toadstool” and “Slate” offerings, the newly remade pair features the understated yet dynamic arrangements provided by Nike ACG at the time. Nubuck over much of the upper delivers the titular tan tone, while neoprene at the tongue, midfoot and heel deviates from a darker brown and rich purple. The ‘NIKE’ branded heel clips, which were partly informed by slip-on sandals, opt for ‘black’ make-up, while the underfoot soles complete the outdoors-ready ensemble with a predominantly look. Brown. To mark the special occasion, the brand paired the sneakers with a genuine leather hang tag that reads “LIMITED EDITION”, abbreviated as “LE” in the name of the shoes.
Enjoy the official images of the pair below and anticipate a Nike SNKRS launch soon.
