The Swoosh’s Next Nature series has seen the brand crave its zero-waste initiatives for both classic and future silhouettes. Having graced everything from the Dunk Low to the Zoom Alphafly, the Air Huarache cements its stay with durable construction in a “Dark Smoke Gray” aesthetic.
Identical in construction to its “Olive Green” counterpart seen in May, the upcoming proposal remains disparate with a dark, drop-friendly offering as its woven base is treated with charcoal. Leather overlays on the mudguard, midfoot, and quarter render the established hue in a slightly lighter hue while accented with crisp white laces. Unlike its white midsole covered in recycled stains underfoot, the rubber heel counter provides a durable swatch of black along the tread while its tongue offers a semi-translucent construction. Brightening up the gloomy ensemble while serving as a conclusion, the Neon Green tubes rarely bring touches along the insoles and tongues of the Air Huarache insignias.
