The Nike Air Presto may have had its 21st anniversary overshadowed by the brand’s other offerings, but that hasn’t stopped it from delivering styles that are both quirky and fresh.
Undoubtedly primed for Spring 2022, the new take on the groundbreaking ‘t-shirt for your feet’ design indulges in shades of orange on its sock-like fabric upper, molded profile cages and outsole. spacer. Presented in a gradient, the colorway appears almost white at the toe, with the citrus hue reaching maximum boldness from the midfoot to the spine. Perhaps the shoe-specific “nike” branding on the insole reveals the inspiration for the gradient, evoking the image of orange juice. The presence of the freshly squeezed drink diminishes on the sole, but the swooshes on the lateral side of the foam cushioning provide a vibrant touch underfoot.
