Compared to its simpler and less modified counterpart, the Nike Dunk Low Scrap rarely sees new releases. There are still a few pairs on the way, though, and the Swoosh just added this Knicks-inspired colorway to the schedule.
Unlike previous options, this rendition of the Dunk Low Scrap opts for relatively plain color blocking. The overlays, while as much an exercise in patchwork as previous instances, tie its panels of suede, leather, and more together in a cohesive array of blues. These are then complemented by a neutral White, the hue of which dresses the center panel, tongue and collar, much like some of Dunk Low’s mainline offerings. Even the orange hits create a line through, matching the Swoosh with the adjacent heel tab, outsole, and tongue.
