As Reebok continues to revisit some of its most beloved basketball silhouettes from decades past, the Massachusetts-based company continues to reinvent the Shaq Attaq in unoriginal styles.
Recently, Shaquille O’Neal’s signature 1992 hoops-ready sneaker appeared in a color scheme clearly inspired by the Los Angeles Lakers. The majority of the top model indulges in a black arrangement that contrasts with the rich purple and gold on the heel and tongue. “Shaw” and “The Pump” branding on the spine and upper tongue, respectively, step aside in a white tone that lets the aforementioned hues revel in the spotlight. The underfoot soles return to an all dark style, complementing the latest Shaq Attaq.
