sacai Nike Vaporwaffle Sail Off Black Store List

Unlike sacai’s previous collabs – i.e. the laceless Dunk High and Air Max 90 – their LDWaffle, Blazer and Vaporwaffle created their own legacy, offering much more than just one colorway. The LDWaffle even made a star-studded comeback long after its debut, teaming up with many of the designer’s equally notable peers; this was then followed by a partnership with KAWS, whose inimitable sense of color was beautifully translated through the Blazer Low. Soon, even the Vaporwaffle will make another appearance, though its “Off Noir” and “Sail” makeups may signal the end of the shoe’s run.

Although tonally opposite, the two makeups share the same improvements in their construction. Gone are the thinner, more breathable mesh panels, each replaced with rugged leather across the base. The suedes therefore accentuate both the toes and the eyes, while the double laces offer both standard and ribbon-like string. Colour-wise, the “Voile” is a mix of white and cream, with gum bottoms dressing up underfoot; “Off Noir” uses the same tread, although the upper and midsole are painted all black.

Both the “Off Noir” and the “Sail” will be available March 10, at select retailers and likely Nike SNKRS.
