Sneaker press release updates for December 4, 2021

With less than a month in 2021, the biggest players in the sneaker space have unveiled and confirmed a handful of shoe offers prepared for 2022.

On the NIKE, Inc. side, several Air Jordan 1s – of all versions – have appeared as standalone versions or as part of the Air Jordan Spring 2022 collection. Before the retro “Cool Gray” 11 on December 11, Team Jumpman indirectly shared a first look at the upcoming Air Jordan 11 Adapt, which indulges in the heritage-inspired “University Blue” style.

Elsewhere, grips of Nike Dunks and Air Force 1 colourways have emerged. As has become the custom of the North American institution, collaborators have appeared alongside some of these Nike Sportswear options, but the majority of the sneakers to come are solo efforts by the Swoosh.

Away from any swoosh or Jumpman logos, Ye – the being formerly known as “Kanye West” – confirmed a few adidas Yeezy drops for December. At first glance, the ubiquitous Yeezy 350 v2 is expected to have a resurgence of attention throughout 2022. And while no longer owned by the Three Stripes, Reebok is expected to continue to honor Allen’s footwear legacy. Iverson by making a handful of Reebok Question Low styles that are sure to take over in the summer of 2022.
