Sneaker Press Release Updates July 16, 2022
With so many swoosh and Jumpman logos popping up on hardwood courts, stepped courts and other battlefields, it’s hard to avoid the work coming from the world headquarters of NIKE, Inc.
Over the past week, official and unofficial looks at upcoming Air Jordan retros, Nike Air Max models and more have taken over the news cycle. With the growing internet sentiment that summer has been lackluster, the North American sportswear giant continues to demonstrate that it’s keeping the excitement on the footwear front, with offerings like the Jordan Luka 1, the Air Jordan 37 and the Nike Zoom Freak 4 introducing new designs. and technology in the market.
Equipment manufacturers like ASICS, Vans and Reebok have also been making noise over the past seven days. All three companies may not have the same US appeal as NIKE, Inc., but they have always demonstrated a commitment to innovation and collaboration. The two newest companies have teamed up with old partners, while the Japanese institution has unveiled one of the most surprising yet intriguing proposals in the field of laceless shoes: the Actibreeze 3D slide. Riddled with perforations throughout the molded design, the pair takes breathability to a whole new level, while capitalizing on the mule, clog and mule craze largely credited to Yeezy and Crocs.
